Q5-1. How is each submitted document assessed during the selection process?

Applicants are selected based on a careful examination of their submitted documents. All your documents and information will be examined comprehensively. The details of the process will not be disclosed.

A

No. failure to be selected in one year will not adversely affect any future applications.

Q5-4. Do I have to come to Japan for an examination?
A

No. The interviews of applicants will be held online or in person outside Japan. For applicants living in Japan, the interview will be held online or in person at Kyoto University.

A

Please submit any relevant documents regarding activities, awards, etc. as they may be included in the evaluation.

The date of the interview cannot be rescheduled.

No, we cannot. The admission decisions are non-negotiable, and the Admissions Office will not respond to any inquiries related to admission decisions.
